Legacy was founded in 2001 with the desire to carry on a real estate legacy. Owners Kathy Hauge, Gary Williamson, Patti Williamson, and James Hauge bring to Legacy Real Estate years of experience and an exceptional level of expertise in the real estate industry in the Willamette Valley and surrounding area. We share the philosophy of doing what is right for our clients and broker affiliates. As owners we bring diverse expertise in existing home sales, new construction, land sales and development, condominium sales and commercial real estate. Together, we bring competent direction to our affiliates.
