James started selling real estate in 2001. His family has a long history in the business going back several decades—in fact, one of his Legacy Real Estate co-owners is his mother, Kathy Hauge, another experienced agent. His main focus in the real estate business is new and existing residential sales. He also specializes in commercial property sales and land development.
James has established himself in the industry as a leader with trusted experience. He works hard to maintain a reputation for excellence and will continue to put forth his best efforts for any buyer or seller. In December 2011 James attained his Principal Broker license and will contribute to and manage the Legacy Business and it’s licensees.
