Kathy Hauge

Kathy is a Principal Broker and co-owner of Legacy Real Estate.  She has extensive experience assisting clients in negotiating the purchase or sale of their home.  Her expertise is keeping people at ease throughout their transaction.  Her success is achieved when her clients have reached their goal, whether that goal is selling or buying a new home, second home or investment property.  This means she is committed to professionalism, continued education, and most of all, integrity.

Her clients are very important to her and Kathy works diligently on their behalf.  She has been a Realtor® in the Willamette Valley for over 20 years with a specialization in residential and new construction sales.  She is a President’s Circle Award winner and a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  Throughout her time as a real estate agent, she has developed strong relationships with other Realtors® and professionals, allowing her to network and negotiate on the client’s behalf.  She is currently serving as a board of director for the Salem Association of Realtors.
