Phil Bailey, real estate Broker at Legacy Real Estate, specializes in Investment Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Properties in the greater Salem, Keizer, Monmouth, Independence, and Dallas markets.
He brings an abundance of experience in Residential, Commercial, Property Management and Investment properties, such as single family residential used as rentals or multi family.
Phil has been working in the Real Estate profession for several years now and began his career under one of the best Realtors in Salem. During his apprenticeship, Phil also handled property management for Legacy Real Estate, which allowed him to get a firm grasp on what it took to purchase, own, and maintain rental properties. Shortly after becoming licensed, in 2015, Phil was immediately connected with two very professional, full time investors and has really enjoyed working with them and assisting in growing their portfolios in Oregon. The investment properties range from single family home purchases, duplexes and acquiring large scale multi-family properties.
Phil is a member of the Salem Association of Realtors (SAR), Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Salem and Keizer Chamber of Commerce, Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR), Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS). He is also a proud member of Networks of Salem (Commercial Real Estate).
He has spent valuable time giving back to the community and has contributed hundreds of volunteer hours to Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club, Family Building Blocks and the Salem Keizer School District.
Phil is from Yakima Washington and was raised in Pasco Washington. After High School he moved to the Seattle area and then eventually made his way down to Oregon. Soon after he met his wife and got married and they have two sons; Isaac (7) and Noah (3) with another baby on the way, due Winter of 2017.
