The Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS) gathered and shared some impressive statistics. The Median Sold Price was $329,9000, which is up 10.4% from 2019. Another impressive number are the units sold at 7,310, which is 5.3% up from the previous year.

Median Days on the Market | 55, down 8.3%
New Listings | 8,081, down 10.5%

Parameters for these figures are residences under .5 acres, 60 cities within four counties Marion, Linn, Benton, and Polk.
