The Landlord Compensation Fund (LCF) reopened last week. The second round of assistance for covering rent owed by eligible tenants is at least $50 million. The timeframe for the accrued rent owed is from the past year, April 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021.

If you are a participating housing provider you could receive funding for 80% of the rental debt owed by your qualified residents. The additional 20% must be agreed to be forgiven as part of the grant's agreement, and as a condition of receiving payment.
