In the initial consultation between broker and buyer, we want to learn your preferred communication style, share how our systems and tools can help you, and just get to know you!
It is also important for buyers to understand that the search tools we use, while very effective, do have limitations. Not all features can be entered into search criteria fields, but we always do our best to produce tailored and relevant results that meet our client’s needs.
